deviantART, you win. Jerk.

I left deviantART because it made me angry. I don’t believe what I did was rash, and I don’t believe my anger was misplaced. I still believe that what took place on this site last spring was despicable. However, I was wrong when I thought I didn’t need this site. I need a place to put my artwork where it will be critiqued, where I can grow as an artist and where I can bring attention to my work. Plus, when you boil it down, I really love this site.

So, dA, let’s call a little truce here. I’ll return to the site, and I will upload my art, and I’ll give you hell next time something like that happens, but I won’t leave again. Everyone wins.

I've made a new account (again? inorite) where I'll be uploading new stuff, none of this Old Gallery nonsense that I did on StellaTortuga. So you're safe to go watch it.

I focused more on photography in the past, and I'd like to continue doing that, but now I'm working more on drawing. Drawing's something that's only become big for me in the last eight months or so, so I'm still very much a rookie, and all you veteran critiquers out there will be more than welcome to comment.

As a side note, four years ago today I joined dA. I thought it was appropriate that I'm returning now.
